Presenting Your Poster
Each presenter will have a 4'H x 8'W poster board to display information. Poster presenters are responsible for deciding how they wish to use that space and how to affix poster materials to boards. Push pins will be provided at each board. All posters will be displayed in Meeting Rooms 12-14. Upon checking in at the registration desk, located outside of the Mount Vernon Square Room, you will be assigned a poster number. We strongly advise that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting to allow ample time to display your poster.
You are able to submit a poster abstract during the registration process.
